Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receiving the item(s) to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges once this period has passed.
To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt, order confirmation email, or other proof of purchase, along with photos of the item(s) and a detailed description of the issue. Please contact us at contact@catonomy.com. to start the return process.
Important: Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the incorrect item was ordered due to customer error. Please review your order confirmation carefully to ensure you selected the correct variant and phone model. Notify us immediately of any necessary changes. We cannot modify orders once they have been shipped.
Once a package is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
If any item delivered is damaged or defective then we will either re-send the same item or refund you in full.
If the customer wishes to return an item solely due to personal preference, they will be responsible for covering all return shipping costs. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.
- Reach out to your bank, as they may have a processing delay.

For PayPal transactions, refunds will be issued immediately upon approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you need a replacement for the same or similar item, please email us at contact@catonomy.com.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location.
For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
